Proceedings of the conference on World Dairy production and trade : trade policy and development for Asia, at the IDF World Dairy Congress in Shanghai, China, October 2006. The publication provides insights into the status and prospects of the dairy sectors in China, India, Japan and Mongolia, as well as on the status of trade negotiations and agreements, and national or regional policies. An analysis of the world trade in dairy products from 1995 to 2005 is also presented.
