This inventory is intended to provide a complete catalogue of adopted methods of analysis and sampling for milk and milk products prepared by IDF, ISO, and AOAC International. Standards or adopted methods issued separately by the three organizations, along with methods under development, are also included. In order to accommodate the different requirements of different users, two tables are included – one classified on the basis of the products to which the methods apply, and the other classified according to the property or component being sampled, examined or analysed, both in alphabetic order.
