This reports sums up the general source of wastage of milk, milk products & auxiliary materials and gives procedures for reducing such wastage & eliminating the causes, at the level of milk reception & storage, during liquid milk processing, butter making, cheese manufacture, etc. A chapter is also devoted to sources of water wastage & recommendations for its reduction.
