This year's proposal is based on the topic of circularity in the dairy chain. This event aims to bring together key stakeholders from the dairy sector to explore and promote sustainable practices that contribute to a circular economy, offering a platform to share knowledge, drive collaboration, and foster actionable outcomes that can shape the future of the industry.
The event will feature keynote talks, invited talks, and selected presentations from abstract submissions. The programme will be organized around the following thematic sessions: organized around the following thematic sessions:
- Session 1: Foundations of circular dairy practices
The session will provide valuable perspectives on how circularity can transform the dairy sector, highlighting global efforts to enhance sustainability and efficiency. Attendees will gain insights into strategies for overcoming barriers and leveraging drivers toward a circular economy in the dairy chain, with a focus on reducing waste, emissions, and resource use. Experts will share innovative approaches to minimizing food loss, implementing sustainable practices, and fostering resilience in both developed and developing contexts.
