The idea of this International Symposium was to relate to the production and utilization of sheep and goat milk. The common denominator of the participants was the aim to achieve a commonly acceptable policy to ensure the survival and development of the sheep and goat milk sector in today’s reality in which globalization and liberalization of trade are starting to dominate the world. Distinguished scientists and professionals from 20 countries, working in the fields of production, processing and marketing of sheep and goat milk and its products, participated in this symposium.

Numerous common questions, including consumers’ demands and promotion innovation, as well as competitiveness and development of local diversity development, are examined.
