Factors determining the rate of contamination, the formation and germination of spores, and the growth of B. cereus in milk (products); the enterotoxin(s) produced by B. cereus, their formation and detection. An attempt is made to explain why poisoning by B. cereus after consumption of milk (products) occurs so rarely.
